How can I book an appointment? 
To book an appointment, click the Book Services button. It will lead you over to our booking site. After booking be sure to read your confirmation email!
Where can I park for my appointment? 
At appointment time, please only park in spaces that state: 218/222. There is also additional parking on the side and back of the building behind Billy Jack's Shack. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to park in designated parking may result in towing. We are not responsible for towing/parking tickets.
Where is Luxe Vanity Studio located?
We are located on the second floor of the 218 E Commercial Building above Billy Jack's Shack.
Can I pick up my order locally? 
At this time, we do not offer local pick up for items bought from our online store. 
What is the processing time for LuxePress Nails? 
At this time, all sets are made to order. Any hand painted sets take 3-5 business days to complete. All other sets take 2-3 business days to complete. 
What is your shipping policy? 
All Luxe Vanity Boutique orders are shipped within the US through USPS. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days during non-sales and 7-10 business days during high volume sales and holidays (Such as Black Friday and Christmas, etc.). Once an order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification.
Do you accept returns? 
Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Luxe Vanity Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
How can I cancel my order? 
If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping you have 30 minutes from order placement to do so, otherwise the order is too far in processing to be canceled. Please contact us at service@luxevanityboutique.com prior to the 30 minute mark to cancel your order. 
My order shows delivered, but wasn't received. What should I do?
If your package is showing delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office. All carriers are required to sign into their scanner using their badge, and the scanner show the exact location a package was left. Sometimes they may have just left it with a neighbor and can be quickly located. If they are unable to locate your package, please contact us at service@luxevanityboutique.com.
Do promo codes expire?

 All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued. Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. 

How can I know when an item is back in stock?
Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any restocks. We also announce restock dates via Instagram!
